I know this is a food blog, but I could not resist. This is Curtis, and he has a sister named Effie (Curtis and Effie–from Dreamgirls!). He is sooo delicious! Currently weighing in at 2 pounds! He should get to 3, and we are hoping that he will stay small, as he is just so cute. I’m horrified that I have bottled sauce next to him…..I usually make my own, but I was in such a rush that day…bottled had to do!

In testing recipes for Papa’s Desserts, I tried the above, which was in a word, amazing. So light, so decadent, and so delicious. Banana chocolate chip layer cake, sandwiched around a banana cheesecake and frosted and filled with White Chocolate Cream Cheese icing. One of the best desserts I have ever made. OMG. Amazing. Look for it on the Papa’s Desserts line up this fall!
