Having grown up in the quintessential big, fat, Greek American family, I know a little something about food. That’s me, leaning up against my favorite toy…my wood fired pizza oven! Food can bring people together, and we’re happiest when our home is filled with guests enjoying food, laughing and carrying on. So come on over, have a slice, and enjoy the fun! I can be reached at Papadakisblog@aol.com.

Hi Felix, Your friends in Rad Onc love you and want an advance recipe of the Red Velvet cake. : )
Hey Felix, so nice to hear from you and the pizza sounds FABULOUS. What are you two up to these days? It’s been too long. Jason and I got married last summer, and are spending our days leaning up against our own nyc version of a wood fired oven, which usually involves a fire extinguisher, but then again, we always were known for our pyrotechnics. Get in touch we’d love to hear from you.
bone appetit!

Thank you! I’m digging your blog, too! That pasticcio sounds heavenly!
because i love pizza, i love ur site…. keep it up:)
OMG!!! I can’t believe I found the recipe I have been searching for since 1991!! Your carrot cake! All I could remember was it was in an edition of Gourment 1991. I had stacks of them but through the years my kids cut up some of them for scrap pictures for school and some got thrown away. I used to go through them all looking for your recipe! Tonight, I was just about to go online for the famous “Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffin Recipe” (A must have in anyone’s collection!) There are so many variations now however, if you have the one that calls for 2 1/2 cups blueberries and to crush 1/2 cup and stir in, you know you have the right one! Well, I thought, what the hey let me try looking for that recipe I gave up looking for and have searched for about once or twice a year lately. (I hate giving totally up on anything!) And the other thing I remembered was your name was something like Papadopolus or something, all I could remember was that it was very long and very greek! This is great! And now I have your website too!!! I will be sure to try out your other recipes!!! This is like finding two gems at one time!!! I can’t wait to make that carrot cake again!! That was the melt-in-your-mouth, mouth watering carrot cake recipe I have ever made! I know this should not make a person this happy, but, if you knew how long I have been looking for this! And you know how good it is!!! Wow! So glad to meet you !!! Thanks so much for the recipes!! I don’t subscribe to Gourmet for nothing! I am someone who takes one recipe out of every 10 or 20 I try and find them to be keepers, your carrot cake obviously is one in a million!! Terry Gadoury, Greenland, NH:)
HI Felix,
Do you live in Erwinna PA. ?Cause so do I. And it is a tiny little place to have two people deep into food.

Hey Feel,
Was looking for a parmesan chicken recipe and found your site. This fits in the “the world is the size of a bowling ball” category. Hope you are well and happy. You look great in the picture! You “paid it forward” with me and a lot of others at C-M. Love you baby, don’t go changin’.
Your friend,
Greg
HI Felix,
Michele Becci forwarded me your info. Your site looks great and the food looks really delicious.
Congrats on NFNS 5 progress. Though I am suprised to see the info so publically talked about. When I was up for the show they stressed numerous times not to talk to ANYONE about this. Perhaps the policy has changed.
Don’t let the cat out of the bag!
Best of luck!
