That, my friend, is a pork chop to be devoured. Reminds me a little of the “chuleta Colombiana” which is a fried porkchop with a batter of heavy garlic and spices then fried in a pan. Very popular in Colombia. Anyway, thanks again from us at http://www.bentpage.wordpress.com.
